Sartén Kitchen & Bar is a modern Sonoran restaurant where the traditions of the desert meet the transformative power of fire. Inspired by the landscapes and flavors of Arizona and Northern Mexico, the menu is rooted in ingredients that thrive in the Sonoran Desert—desert citrus, mesquite, chiltepín, blue corn, agave, heirloom grains, fresh herbs, and responsibly sourced meats and seafood.
