Check in begins at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Early check ins and late checkouts are based on day of availability day. Please contact our reservations team at reservations@denuhotel.com to check on availability.

Generally, reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date, 4 p.m. local time to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the rate and room type selected. Some rates and dates may have varying policies; see your confirmation letter for additional details.

For any full non-refundable room rate, reservation may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking (local hotel time) to receive a refund to the original form of payment. After this time, the deposit is non-refundable and reservation is non-cancellable.

Denū Hotel is dog-friendly! There is a non-refundable fee of $150 per stay. The fee includes cleaning, plus usage of our dog beds and dog bowls for your furry friends.

Dogs are allowed in our Lobby, Blend Café, Sarten Kitchen & Bar, Nidos Rooftop Bar, and other public areas. Dogs are not allowed at our pool.

Dogs must be supervised at all times and on a leash. Dog are not to be left in rooms unattended.
