Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the start time of your first treatment as your appointment is reserved exclusively for you and late arrivals will only receive the time remaining on their appointment.

No cell phones are permitted to be used in the spa.

We kindly request twenty-four hours notice to make any changes or cancellations to reservations. Anything changed or cancelled within eight hours of the treatment start time will be charged in full.

We welcome those 18 years or older and may require proof of ID.

Guests who are expecting must be at least 13+ weeks before receiving spa services.

All spa treatments are applicable to a 20% service charge (of which 18% is distributed to the staff and 2% is held by hotel to offset administrative costs) and local tax of 9.1%.
